This outreach allows us to connect with a broader audience, increasing the number of families and inmates reaching out for our assistance. We are proud to share that we have already supported numerous families and individuals in need. Our financial contributions towards acquiring tablets have significantly improved the ability of inmates to maintain connections with their loved ones, creating an invaluable communication channel during these challenging times. We focus on providing compassionate support to two families whose loved ones are receiving hospice care. Additionally, we have sent personal letters, reinforcing our deep commitment to supporting these families emotionally and spiritually. It is essential to highlight the challenges that arise when inmates transition from county jail to state prison. During this period, which can last up to a month, they typically lose access to the tablet system, temporarily halting all video communications with their families. This month, we have noticed a remarkable surge in the number of families we can assist compared to those in the jail system. Thanks to our proactive outreach efforts, we have been in closer contact with family members through phone calls and emails. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to provide substantial support to families this month, surpassing our achievements of the previous three months combined.
