CEO Outreach Program Report
"Every soul we touch is a testament to the work we are called to do." — David.
Executive Summary
I am pleased to present this comprehensive update on our nationwide Outreach Program, highlighting the extraordinary impact and exponential growth achieved through October 31, 2025. Our strategy remains focused on maximizing engagement through direct contact, resource provision, and intentional encouragement, both inside and outside correctional facilities. Key achievements include the distribution of over 100 discipleship books, a successful internal rollout of my newly authored Prayer Book, and a significant increase in dedicated discipleship hours in the correctional system, culminating in 46 documented salvations during this reporting period.
Program Metrics and Reach (January – October 2025)
Our direct engagement statistics confirm a high-volume, high-touch strategy, demonstrating consistency across all digital and in-person channels. We have witnessed tremendous momentum, particularly in our sustained discipleship efforts:
Emails Sent Out: 644 instances of consistent digital communication providing guidance and support.
Video Conferences: 137 crucial, high-quality, personal interactions for remote individuals.
Inmates' Discipleship Programs: 81 hours of direct, sustained engagement, with a peak of 27 hours logged in October.
Salvations: 46 individuals documented committing—the ultimate measure of spiritual impact across the program.
Jail In-Person Visits: 24 targeted one-on-one ministry efforts.
Family Visits or Help: 31 instances of the ministry expanding to support family units during and after incarceration. The consistent increase in Inmates. The Discipleship Program hours demonstrate tremendous momentum in fostering deep, sustained engagement with participants.
Strategic Initiatives and Resource Development Nationwide Book Distribution and Resource Development
Our commitment to providing quality resources is flourishing:
Discipleship Resources: We have successfully sent over 100 disciple books nationwide, utilizing our Amazon and internal distribution network. These resources are filling a critical gap for individuals seeking sustained spiritual growth.
The Pocketbook of John: We are actively mailing out the Pocketbook of John and have completed approximately 40 distributions.
The Prayer Book Rollout: The first phase of distributing my recently written Prayer Book has commenced, and we are expanding its reach by mailing copies out to families and inmates who have served their time and are now out in the community. The immediate goal now is to secure approval and necessary partnerships to integrate this vital resource into the nationwide jail system.
Sustained Mail and Encouragement Outreach
Our profound commitment to continuous engagement across the country remains a bedrock of the program:
Monthly Jail Correspondence: We continue the labor of love of composing and sending a four-page letter every month to individuals in correctional facilities nationwide. This correspondence serves as a critical connection point and source of ongoing support.
Pastoral Support Network: Our commitment to supporting those on the front lines remains unwavering. We consistently pray for two pastors every Saturday. The list comprises 225; they are located in the local area, Sacramento, and nationwide. And write them encouragement letters every Tuesday. These letters are sent with no strings attached, serving as a genuine, tangible affirmation that we are all unified and we are for prayers only.
Looking Forward
Our immediate priorities moving into the next quarter are two-fold:
Jail System Integration: Aggressively pursuing the necessary clearances to successfully place the new Prayer Book into the nationwide jail system.
Scaling Discipleship: Continuing to scale the high-impact Inmates Discipleship Programs to match the growing demand shown in our October metrics.
Helping people who want to have a good Growth Journey or just to be redeemed in Growth
I am profoundly encouraged by these results and grateful for the continued support of the Board. Every metric confirms the profound need and effectiveness of this ministry.
